- to consumer reporting
agencies
- to vehicle manufacturer

provide support for services for our products, such as companies that service

court order or judicial process.
Whenever
other companies or third parties provide support services on our behalf,
we require them to conform to our confidentiality and information security
standards. They are allowed to use confidential information only to provide
the service or product on Cook Motor Company's behalf.
Before we can accept your application, you must read and agree to the following:
I certify
that the information provided by me is correct. I also understand that you
will be checking with credit reporting agencies. I authorize an investigation
of my credit and employment history, receipt of a GLB privacy act notice
by mail, and the release of information about my credit experience to a third
party lending institution.
